To facilitate solutions for second home owners to optimize their property potential, and also for guests to maximize vacation enjoyment.

Established in 2021, Home Lux Service originated as a sole property management venture nestled in Miami, Florida. Drawing from years of professional property management in different countries, we recognized the potential for multi-location property management. Thus, pivoting to expanding the brand, processes and systems, empowering local entrepreneurs to deliver tailored experiences to guests and property owners.

Presently, Home Lux Service flourishes as a rapidly expanding multi-location entity, boasting over a hundred properties across various destinations. Our main hubs are Miami and Ibiza, where we also provide a luxury concierge service to our clients, ensuring guests not only reside but also immerse themselves in the local culture, guaranteeing an authentic experience tailored to their desires.
